Atomic Sub

In late November we teamed up with Tate and Dominick from the Brewerie at Union Station - we wanted to tackle a whole leaf hopped IPA, something akin to a Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, one of our favorite IPAs and seasonal beers. We all wanted this beer to be released at the annual Festivus party on December 23rd, a proper way to pay tribute to one of our favorite gigs of the entire year.

Two 10lb. bags of nitro-packed whole leaf Cascade and Centennial hops were added during the dry hopping phase of the production cycle, lending this crazy sweet hop situation upfront, finishing with a sharp-yet-pleasant bitter finish. 

This beer is the first collaboration project we've done in a while, and reminded us why we got into this business. We learned some stuff, had some fun, and ended up with a great product at the end.
