Forbidden Froöt: Sea Salt + Lime.

This new addition to our sour lineup blurs the lines between a traditional German Gose-style ale and the flavors of our favorite Mexican liquor drink, the Margarita.

This ale was soured in the same manner as previous versions with the addition of sea salt in the kettle, then we plopped in over 80 lbs of lime puree. Refreshingly tart and salty, this beer welcomes the return of warmer temps and sunny days (THANK GOODNESS).
