Introducing: E Dogg's Bistro at Erie Ale Works

Wednesday Oct 5th, 2022

October 20th kicks off a new partnership between Erie Ale Works and Eric Longley, owner of E Dogg's Hot Dogs. The newly-coined E Dogg's Bistro will provide a brand new food experience for our craft beer customers complete with custom paninis, soups, s'mores, and beer mussels. With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Eric will run E Dogg's Bistro within the four walls of Erie Ale Works, offering his menu on Thursdays and Fridays with beer mussels only available Fridays.

Food hours will run 5:00 - 9:00pm on Thursdays and 5:00pm - 10:00pm on Fridays, working like a stationary food truck the likes of which the EAW customer base has come to expect and adore.

This past year we've seen E Dogg's Hot Dogs a lot as our customers have really latched onto his innovative menu of Smith's hot dog concoctions, plus a few veggie and Vegan-friendly options he always has available. And his attitude and demeanor really fit with the company culture we've fostered. We're super stoked to have him with us providing that much-needed food offering our customers have come to expect from food trucks. The full menu will be available soon.

Note: Brady's Chuckwagon will be on-site at EAW on Friday, October 21st. Then E Dogg's Bistro will be with us each Thursday/Friday from then on.
