Handcrafted Mixtures.
Sometimes you're just not feeling a beer - we get that. We crafted a menu full of creative mixtures featuring local ingredients and distillers that will provide the non-beer drinker something classy and experiential.
The Brainkiller.
Rum, pineapple, OJ, + coconut cream with a dash of nutmeg. Nothing says summer like one of these babies.
You Forgot Blueberries.
A drink based on a favorite customer review. We mix blueberry lemonade with gin or vodka, house-made blueberry simple syrup, lemonade, soda, basil or mint, and topped with lemon and/or blueberries.
La Sandia.
Our take on a watermelon margarita with agave tequila, jugo de sandia, Triple sec, lime, and salt.
Grandpa's Ol' Cough Medicine.
An iced peach tea built around whiskey and house-made peach simple syrup with a big ol’ sprig o’ mint!
Erie Mule Works.
Our take on a Moscow Mule featuring Reed's Ginger Beer, Mishka cranberry vodka + fresh mint.
Pick Your Mojo Mojito.
Choose Your Own Adventure! Pick a flavored simple syrup regular, blue, peach, or watermelon. Then we’ll add mint, spiced rum, lime juice, and soda.
Dead Trillionaire.
Influenced by your dad’s favorite golfer. Half-and-half iced tea combines with Limoncello or vodka, lemonade, and garnished with a handsome lemon wedge.
Snorkel Sauce.
A tropical dreamscape featuring Single Prop Rum, vodka, Triple sec, Peach Schnapps, house-made sours mix, pineapple juice, and soda. Garnished with lemon, lime, orange, a cherry, and a tiki umbrella so you don't burn in the sun!
Highball.
Step 1. Choose mixer: Soda, Tonic, Coke, Sprite, Ginger, Cran, OJ, Pineapple.
Step 2. Choose spirit: Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, White or Spiced Rum.
Sharkbite.
You’re gonna need a bigger glass. Coconut rum is expertly mixed with Triple sec, pineapple juice, blue Hawaiian, soda, and topped with a cherry and grenadine. Oh, and a shark!
