Dark Reverb is our take on a classic Czech Dark Lager recipe. In this case, our input signals are four distinct German malts, two base and two roasted varieties and Saaz hops. Initially, this combination presents itself as a medium bodied lager with both sweet and roasted characteristics.
As the signal bounces and reverberates across your pallet a distinct lager character takes over and amplifies notes of soft breadiness, caramel and coffee. Ultimately finishing with a clean yet complex flavor profile that lingers and decays. Sip, reverberate, repeat.
