We created a highly-hopped variant of this taproom favorite for our 11th Anniversary! The usual double base malts, and a touch of flaked wheat provide an acceptable canvas for an extra heavy dose of LUPOMAX Mosaic hops. Then we added an extra dry hop hit using Citra and Mosaic “hop hash” to really give you a proper smack of pine, grapefruit, and lemon. Pairs with three-day-old Tikka Masala!
