We team up with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses for another night of Benevolent Beers!
Flagship City AACN membership offers an exceptional community of local intensive care unit nurses that empowers nurses at all experience levels to advance their profession while doing their best for patients and families. As the largest specialty nursing organization in the world, AACN drives excellence in the care of acute and critical care patients and offers valuable resources to members to further their education and expertise.
Chapter Goals include:
- Promote Lifelong Learning and Professional Growth by providing high-quality educational opportunities that enhance clinical knowledge and leadership skills for critical care nurses (twice annually).
- Foster Recognition and Professional Pride by celebrating and acknowledging the achievements and contributions of local ICU nurses, such as certification or degree completion, to improve morale and engagement.
- Encourage Meaningful Dialogue and Collaboration by creating a platform for open discussion about local nursing challenges, innovations, and best practices during meetings.
- Support Community Through Service by organizing volunteer and outreach events that positively impact the local community, such as volunteering at the local food bank, Soldiers & Sailors Home, and the City Mission.
- Holding an annual ICU Survivor Reception, an event honoring patients who have overcome critical illness and the families who supported them throughout their journey. This gathering also recognizes the extraordinary dedication of the medical teams whose skill and compassion make recovery possible. The ICU Survivor Reception is more than an event. It is a powerful testament to resilience, hope, and the lasting impact of exceptional care. Survivors and their loved ones will reconnect with their care teams, share stories of strength, and celebrate milestones that once seemed out of reach.
Every sale rung in between 5:00 and 8:00pm will provide a donation to this group.
