We team up with The AmeriMasala for another night of Benevolent Beers!
The AmeriMasala Movement: Presenting Multi-Disciplinary Cultural Arts Events to Promote Cross-Cultural Respect and Value of All Peoples.
Founded in 1995, AmeriMasala is the brainchild of Lynn Johnson and culminates in the AmeriMasala Festival in Perry Square on July 18, 2026. Community groups prepare by hosting wearable, walkable puppet-making workshops and then arrive ready for the inaugurating parade at 12:00pm down State Street.
Then people settle in for the day-long festival, showcasing multicultural music, dance, and poetry performances, drumming workshops, children's activities and delicious food. This festival welcomes all people, all ethnic groups, all walks of life to celebrate their common humanity through the arts.
Every purchase between 5:00pm and 8:00pm will provide a donation to this great group. Passalinqua's Pizza will be onsite slingin' food!
